I do recommend this product...I've used two colors and found the light brown to work best even tho my hair is more auburn...I used the auburn one first and found it was a bit too red. the light brown was perfect and really does cover gray roots. One issue I had with the first auburn one was after having it for many months, I went to use it and the color seemed to become liquified as I pulled out the applicator and the color got on my bathroom rug, my shirt and dressing table fabric and because it's really a dye, it didn't come out. So far the new one I ordered hasn't done that, but I'm being very careful as I pull out the applicator and so while I really am happy with the product, I'm not sure if what happened with the first one was an isolated problem or something that happens over time. Just want to caution you. I liked the product and how it performed enough to take another chance. It's been one month and have only needed to use it twice but so far, it's been great.
