The best I've tried

I have tried a LOT of creme developers and this one makes any permanent hair color better. It has such a creamy consistency, so that the color goes right into the roots. I've used it with Clairol Professional color, Wella Color Charm (both creme and liquid), Wella Koleston Perfect, L'Oreal gray resistant hair color, and several other professional brands. I've also tried other developers with those brands, but this one always works the best.I've had almost totally white hair since my 30's, and this developer helps cover those nasty little white hairs.Haven't used this vendor, but may try them soon.
