Great for gray hair!!

My hairdresser uses this product on me and I also highlight my hair. I bought this for home use to touch up my gray roots (which seem to be multiplying) in between my salon visits, which are getting crazy expensive. I was told to mix it with the 10% redken solution which is suppose to help cover gray better. I was also able to order this on Amazon and mix it at a 1:1 ratio. Went to Sally's beauty supply and got the bowl, brush, some gloves, a few tips about doing my own roots and I was set. Works perfectly and the color is not to ashy and not to brassy. It is a very rich, dark brown color and it fades in my hair to a caramel. If I am out in the sun too much though, I will say that my hair starts to look pretty reddish-orange. The cool thing about doing your own hair, though, is that if it starts to fade too much, I just run some low lights through to the ends of my hair and it completely changes the tone. So easy. The other cool thing is that it only takes about 1/4 to 1/2 a tube to do my roots so I get anywhere from 2 - 3 touch ups per tube.
