Excellent coverage - saves money on frequent colorings

I bought this over a year ago at my stylist's recommendation. I have to color every four weeks and really could go every three but it's just getting too expensive. I've started using this that last week or slightly more and it's great. I use it right up to the day I get my color. Having it on the roots doesn't prevent the new color from taking.My color is single process with a lot of red showing where the gray is over my dark brown hair. I tried the auburn but the dark brown works better so I'd recommend choosing the darker color if you have to choose between two shades in your hair.

Great Product

I'm starting to go grey juat at the hairline. There's not enough grey that I need to dye my whole head but enough to be annoying. This product is a great help. I just hold it under the tap for just a second, run it over the grey, and then style my hair as usual. It stays put all day and doesn't rub off. I'm never going to be without this stuff.

If your hair is color-treated, you absolutely need this product, especially if there is a multi-shade difference between the color you apply and your natural shade. There's no real way you can comb your hair to cover up those awful roots.If you don't have the time to devote to a re-touch, Roux Tween Time Instant Haircolor Touch-up Stick is what can save your appearance. When your hair is wet after shampooing, just section it out and apply the color directly onto the roots where they show the most -- around your part, on your hairline, etc. The ultimately finished effect when your hair is dry and styled is 100% better, and will last 'till your next shampoo.It's a great idea to snag this product on Amazon, because the Auburn shade is almost always sold out elsewhere. (It does come in many other shades.) If you travel, get an extra one to keep in your suitcase so that you're never without. Once you try it, you'll realize how essential a product it is.
