Without doubt, and after some 20 years of searching for intense crazy pink hair colour, this is the BEST BY FAR in every way a person could ask. The colour is screaming excellent, and contrary to what you may have read, it does clean up from the sink and even your skin, with chlorine bleach. if you use the clear sealer, which I do, it does not come off on clothing or pillows, it is as if one has naturally screaming intense pink hair. I believe the sealer also conditions the hair, considering that it is bleached to within an inch of its life and feels very good without any other conditioner. So yes, all you crazy punks who want pink hair visible from the moon, this is for YOU! it is BLAZING I tell you!
