This product worked really well - it left my hair feeling healthy, and it lightened my hair considerably without it looking unnatural. I put it on at the beach and left it on for an hour or so, but I've also used it in the shower, just leaving it on for about ten minutes at a time. Both ways I've had great results.

Well I really did want to like this item but it never seemed to do anything and it burn my scalp a little so I really would not use this if ur skin is sensitive.
