What a disappointment

I was terribly disappointed when I received this hair dye. Hearing nothing but fabulous things about it, I was SO excited when it came in. I ordered the 5R Red Red. My hair was a light copper as I always dye it super red, and living in FL it fades quickly.My hair turned out burgundy, not red red. When I was contacting Amazon, they had me check the expiration date: IT EXPIRED THREE YEARS AGO. Luckily I got my money back without having to send the empty tube back, but I had to spend MORE money to fix my hair.Word to the wise: check the expiration date before using this dye or any dye from online!

Paul Mitchell is a great product! Despite hairdressers telling you that you can only get products like this at a salon, here it is....and it's wonderful! Thanks so much for being available, especially for my sensitive, hard-to-dye, gray/white hair. Few products actually work, and frankly, this is the only one that does!
